The Peach City Players is a non-auditioned ensemble for adults and teens looking for an opportunity to play a diverse repertoire in a collaborative and supportive environment. We welcome string players of varying levels, including those returning to music after stepping away, as well as experienced amateur and semi-professional musicians who are looking for regular ensemble practices. Can you read music and are confident with basic shifting? We are the group for you!
Under the direction of Kelsey Zachary, rehearsals emphasize the development of group playing skills, musical interpretation, sound production, technique and how it all comes together to make musical magic together as an ensemble! Peach City Players covers a variety of repertoire spanning from the Baroque to music written today.
